Affordability

The Airlift Separator AL-200 can scale to almost any size operation at only a fraction of the investment of other plastic removal equipment on the market today. It even works with the existing hydraulic power supply on your screening equipment.

Portability

The AL-200 is the smallest plastic removal system on the market today. Sitting on a 4’ x 4’ footprint, it can be moved easily from place to place with a forklift or a loader. The AL-200 allows you to remove plastic debris at the source without slowing or stopping production.

Ease of Installation

The Airlift Separator AL-200 can be assembled and operated by a single person in a couple of hours. Fifteen minutes for periodic cleaning and maintenance every couple months is all the unit requires.
